Can I bring my pet on a stay?
In our special dog rooms you are welcome to bring small dogs (max 10 kg) that are quiet and clean.
- Please inform us when booking that you are traveling with a dog and we will check availability.
- Price: 350,- in total.
Can I order room service for my room?
- You can order room service for your room during the following hours: Monday-Sunday from 12:00-20:00.
Can you stay overnight if you have reduced mobility?
- At Plesners Badehotel we have special rooms for guests with reduced mobility. Contact the reception by email: info@Plesnersbadehotel.dk if you want to hear more about the possibilities. Among other things, we have a room with lift beds.
Do you have allergy-friendly rooms?
- All our rooms have wooden floors and are allergy-friendly. Always let us know in advance if you have any allergies - also when it comes to food. For example, gluten-free bread and oat and soy milk are available for breakfast.
Which credit cards can I use for payment?
- We accept Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that some credit cards are subject to a fee - but never Dankort.
- Plesners Badehotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit/debit card before your arrival. If you book a non-refundable stay, we will charge your credit card upon booking.
Will I get my money back if I cancel?
- It depends on the type of stay you have purchased and when you cancel it.

Opening hours in the reception
- Reception is open Monday-Sunday: 07:00-18:00*.
*On Sundays from November to March, the reception closes at 16:00.
- Our night porter is available Monday-Sunday: 22.00-07.00.
- Our restaurant manager will be available between 18.00-22.00.
When can I check in to my room?
- We guarantee that you can check in to your room from 14:00.
- NOTE: In June, July, August and on public holidays we guarantee check-in at 15:00.
When should I check out at the latest?
- On the day of departure, you must check out by 11:00 at the latest.
Is there parking available?
- Yes, we have three parking areas - in the unlikely event that there are no spaces available in our parking areas, please refer to public parking on Østre Strandvej. When using the hotel's parking lot, a parking permit must be picked up at the reception. A parking space cannot be reserved in advance.
- We have four electric charging stations from LOOAD.
Forgotten cases
- Have you been forgetful? Don't worry - we can send you your forgotten belongings.
- This shipment covers postage in Denmark up to 5kg. The shipment will be delivered to the stated address, is with tracking, but no insurance is included.
Shipping in Denmark: DKK 150,-.
Shipping abroad: DKK 225,-.

Smoking
- Smoking is only allowed in public areas and the restaurant's outdoor terrace.
