Ordering and payment

Ved reservation af hotelværelse via vores online booking eller ved direkte kontakt til hotellet betales opholdet ved reservation.
Beløbet hæves på det betalingskort, der anvendes ved bookingen.

Ved reservationer med særlige betalings- eller afbestillingsvilkår gælder de betingelser, der fremgår ved booking.

Cancellation:

Annullering af værelse – vores annulleringsbetingelser er følgende:
· Direkte booking via hotellet – 72 timer før ankomst via mail
· Booking af non refundable overnatninger kan ikke afbestilles eller refunderes

Vi forbeholder os retten til at tage fuld betaling for hele opholdet i tilfælde af sen annullering, no show, tidlig afrejse eller sen ankomst.

Cancellation of a party/conference:

Cancellation or reduction of a party/conference for 12 persons/6 rooms or more must be received by Plesners Badehotel in writing (by e-mail) no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival in order to be free of charge.

After this, a maximum of 50% of the final booked event can be canceled. Please note that in order to cancel the maximum 50%, the cancellation must be made as below:

- 30 - 15 days before arrival, up to 50% of the final booked event can be freely canceled.
- 14 days prior to arrival, the event is binding and it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes to the booking.
- In the event of no-show, late arrival, early departure or later cancellation or reduction, Plesners Badehotel is entitled to compensation corresponding to the full price of the late-canceled services in the final booked event.

Pets and pets

We have some rooms where dogs are very welcome. Please contact the hotel for more information before booking.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 14:00 - June, July, August and public holidays from 15:00.

Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

Forgotten cases

'Lost property' can be forwarded to the guest's address for a fee of DKK 75,- + postage. We store 'lost property' for one month, after which the items are sent for recycling.

Rules of order

If the room is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning (in the form of dry cleaning and extra washing), we reserve the right to charge DKK 3000 or the higher amount to cover the cost of repair.

Remember that all our rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking is not allowed in your room. Smoking is only allowed in approved and marked areas. This applies to cigarettes, vapes and the like. In case of unauthorized smoking, we charge DKK 3000 for extra cleaning.

Drinks brought with you may only be consumed in your hotel room and not in other parts of the hotel.

Liability in case of damage

The guest or the guarantor of the room is responsible for any damage that may occur during the stay.
