Plesner's Annexes are for those who want a cheaper accommodation option in Skagen. They are all equipped with kitchen and bathroom and have all the necessary furniture. The apartments in Plesners Annekser are unstaffed.

Our stay packages - Gourmet Stay, 2-day Stay, Golf Stay and Plesner Stay - can of course also be booked in the Plesner Annexes. This way you can combine the comfort and benefits of a stay package with the more affordable accommodation in the annexes.

Practical information

When can we take over the apartment?
- Apartments can be taken over from 15:00 to 24:00. Departure is no later than 10:00 on the agreed day.

Code for the door?
- The code for the key box is sent by email and SMS when the room is ready for check-in, provided that the room is prepaid.

What parking conditions are there?
- There are parking spaces attached to the property, but it is First-come, first-served. If the spaces are full, we refer to street parking.

What do we need to bring ourselves?
- You need to bring what you need during your stay. At check-in you will find 2 dishcloths, 1 toilet roll and a new dishcloth.
NOTE: Linen and towels are always included in the rental - and do not need to be brought along.

Can we do the cleaning ourselves?
- No, final cleaning is mandatory and included in the price. However, you must remove garbage and bottles yourself.

Is there internet access?
- Free WIFI is available in all rooms and apartments.

Is smoking allowed?
- There is a total ban on smoking in all rooms and apartments. This also applies to smoking with e-cigarettes.

Is it allowed to bring animals?
- Pets are allowed in some rooms - if you bring a pet, please arrange this with the reception before arrival. It costs DKK 350,- to bring pets. Pets are never allowed in furniture or left alone in the room/apartment.

When is the reservation valid?
- When booking online, via our booking system, you guarantee the reservation when you complete the booking. Your booking is therefore confirmed. When booking by phone or email, a payment link is sent as a guarantee to the desired email address. The booking is only finally confirmed when the guarantee is completed with a payment card.

When is the payment collected?
- Direct booking via the hotel: A payment link will be sent in connection with confirmation. Payment will be charged to the payment card provided.
Online booking via the hotel website: Payment will be charged to the payment card provided.
Booking via 3rd party: Link to a payment gateway will be sent before arrival.

What are the cancellation policies?
- Direct booking via the hotel: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival at 15.00 (via e-mail).

Booking via Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com or BookVisit: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival at 15:00 and must be made directly via the provider.

In case of later cancellation, illness, no-show, late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge full payment.

When booking less than 5 days before arrival, a 48-hour cancellation period applies.
