Built in 2024, these modern holiday homes offer luxurious facilities such as a sauna and hot tub. With 180 m², five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you'll have plenty of space for an unforgettable vacation. The elegant decor combines modern luxury with a classic beach hotel feel.

Our holiday homes are newly built and are located just 1.5 km from the center of Skagen. In scenic surroundings, you can look forward to a stay in peace and quiet with extra attention to comfort.
In our choice of colors and materials, we've invited nature inside and we've spared no expense on quality. It gives a feeling of a true beach hotel atmosphere combined with the freedom of living in your own house.
Our holiday homes in Lille Skagen are ideal for 10 people, and if you're a larger group of more than 10 people, two holiday homes can easily be booked together as several of them are located side by side.

The houses are spread over two floors. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and TV, a dining area for 10-12 people, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, two bedrooms (one 120 cm bed and 180 cm double bed) and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have separate beds and the third has a double bed with a cot and a bathroom.
The holiday homes offer large sunny wooden terraces with garden furniture, hot tub, sauna and barbecue, perfect for cozy moments outdoors. There is space for 2-3 cars in the private driveway and an electric charging station in the garage.
Pets are not allowed in our holiday homes.
Book a holiday homeARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
If you don't want to bring your own linen, you can purchase a linen package for DKK 125 per person, which consists of a small and large towel, sheet, duvet and pillowcase. The linen package must be booked at least 7 days before arrival.
The following must be taken care of by the tenant upon departure:
~ The holiday home is left tidy and in good condition upon departure.
~ Trash and bottles must be removed from the house upon departure, containers are located at the 'driveway' to Lille Skagen.
~ If you have rented linen and towels, please place them on the table in the utility room.
~ All dishes must be removed and no dishes may be left behind, not even in the dishwasher.
~ All furniture and garden furniture should be put back in place if it has been moved.
~ The grill must be cleaned if it has been used during your stay.
Booking conditions and cancellation
The cottages can be booked for a minimum of 3 days outside the high season, and in the high season (weeks 26-32) for a minimum of 7 days from Friday to Friday.
When booking Plesners SUMMER HOUSE, a 25% deposit is payable - this is to guarantee the rental.
Charges will be sent from the reception
Cancellation policy:
~ Up to 30 days prior to arrival - cancellation is possible and the deposit will be refunded.
~ 30 days prior to arrival - balance of rent must be paid - and cancellation is no longer possible. Full payment of cottage will be retained.
The rental price is exclusive of consumption, and consumption (electricity, water and heating) is settled at the end of your stay.
