On Sunday, May 17, 2026, we invite you to Ulrik Plesner's 165th birthday - join us in celebrating the architect who designed the buildings that now house Plesner's Badehotel and Restaurant Plesner. This evening you can enjoy a 3-course menu in celebration of Ulrik Plesner.

Ulrik Plesner would have turned 165 years old on May 17, and we want to celebrate - that's why we've put together a menu at a special price.

  • Poached Skagen fish with new carrots, onions and sauce a la nagé
