On Friday, April 3, Good Friday, and Saturday, April 4, we welcome you to an Easter experience at Restaurant Plesner. For the second time, we have the pleasure of hosting an Easter lunch to mark the arrival of spring and the beginning of new growth. Enjoy another Easter lunch in a historic setting at Restaurant Plesner.

Our head chef has carefully selected dishes inspired by the traditional Easter bread. At our Easter lunch you'll find everything from freshly baked bread, charcuterie, tasty fish dishes and a selection of delicious desserts.

An Easter buffet that celebrates tradition

We take pride in celebrating traditions and Easter, which is why our Easter lunch consists of a range of classic Easter dishes as well as new dishes that we hope will create new memories. Enjoy a cozy Easter lunch and live music in good company.

Online table reservations will only open 4 months in advance, but until then you are welcome to contact us at restaurant@plesnersbadehotel.dk to reserve a table.

We welcome you to an Easter lunch at 12:00 and the event ends at 15:00.


  • Old-fashioned matured herring with curry salad, onions and capers
  • Herring with red onion, capers and egg
  • Freshly baked bread
  • Selection of toppings
  • Prawns with lime mayonnaise
  • Crisp salads with grandma dressing and roasted seeds
  • Fish fillet with homemade remoulade and pickles
  • Plesner fish cakes with lemon and cranberries
  • Tartlets with chicken and spring herbs
  • Fish soup with Skagen fish and spring greens
  • Chocolate mousse with berries
  • Pretzel

MORTEN'S EVENING

Celebrate Thanksgiving Eve at Restaurant Plesner on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Our chef has put together a tasteful 2-course menu where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients and the classic flavors of Thanksgiving.

Main course: Classic roast duck with white and brown potatoes, chips, apple, red cabbage salad and brown gravy

Dessert: Risalamande with cherry sauce
