Receptionist Wanted at Plesner's Badehotel

We are expanding our reception team and are therefore looking for a receptionist.

Plesner Badehotel,which underwent a major renovation in 2024, is an atmospheric seaside hotel steeped in history and charm, beautifully situated in the heart of Skagen. The beautiful natural surroundings, the fresh air, and the feeling of being surrounded by water are just around the corner.

Would you like to help create the unique atmosphere at Plesner’s Badehotel? As a receptionist, you are our guests’ first point of contact and an important part of their stay. We therefore expect you to be dedicated, professional, and have a genuine smile; to be able to juggle multiple tasks, make decisions, and excel at providing top-notch service—and, not least, have an eye for detail. If this sounds like you, you might just be the person we need on our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Checking hotel guests in and out
• Booking individual guests and groups
• Creating promotional offers and stay packages
• Responding to emails and sending offers
• Maintaining procedures

We expect:
• That you are responsible and flexible
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
• That you know how to ensure a great guest experience
• That you can work independently, keep a clear overview, and aren’t afraid to lend a hand
• That you can speak and write both Danish and English
