At Plesners Badehotel you have several options as we offer both a Christmas-inspired dinner and a buffet, so you can choose what best suits your wishes. Our restaurant is ideal for smaller companies who want to celebrate Christmas in a festive setting, as well as groups of friends who want a cozy evening together.

Our talented chef has put together a proposal for a 3-course Christmas-inspired menu. If you have special requests, we can of course customize the menu to suit your needs. If you're a larger party, we also offer a Christmas-inspired buffet.

  • Home-smoked Skagen salmon with cucumber, radish and tarragon mayonnaise

MAIN COURSES
  • Guinea fowl breast with red cabbage, orange and nuts
  • Roast pork breast with cabbage, cranberries and onions
  • Poached Skagen fish with sauce a la nage
