- Plesner fish soup with Skagen fish

- Home-smoked Skagen salmon with cucumber, radish, tarragon mayonnaise
- Fish fillet with remoulade, grilled lemon and pickled fennel
MAIN COURSES
- Guinea fowl breast with red cabbage, orange and nuts
- Roast pork breast with cabbage, ponzu, miso, cranberries and onions
- Poached Skagen fish with sauce a la nage,

- Crisp salads with dried fruits and vinaigrette

- Vanilla mousse with crystallized white chocolate and dark berries

This evening you can experience a heart-warming musical lecture, filled with intimacy, good stories and musical delights. Together with her pianist, Amalie will perform songs from her career, as well as an exclusive opportunity to hear the songs she has always dreamed of singing. The repertoire includes jazz songs from Badehotellet, a Liva Weel potpourri and great musical classics. What they all have in common is that the story is at the center. Because when Amalie sings, it is with great empathy and storytelling.
